Q: Why can I only see one forum on the messageboard?
A: If you can only see one forum, you are either not registered correctly with our site, or there is a problem with your account. If you are sure you registered, but still have this problem, contact holelive@gmail.com with your name and email address.
Q: I registered on your messageboard, but my account is not activated. Why?
A: If you did not fill out the Registration Form on our site, your account will not be activated. In order to view and post on our messageboard you must fill out this form to register with our entire site. Why not? It's free.
Q: I am having troubles logging in. Can you help?
A: If you can't log in and need your password reset, please email holelive@gmail.com with your name and email. Your password will be reset and you will be emailed of the change. As soon as it is reset and you can log in, you may change it back. If you just can't log in, there may be a problem with your account, please contact us.
